Meet Mark Summers...
Originally from Yorkshire in England Mark was brought up on Rock n Roll, Elvis on his mothers side and Buddy Holly and his fathers. From an early age he was fascinated with the king; loving his voice, charisma, and costumes. At 10 years old Mark would take a record player to school and make the class listen to Elvis.
Mark left school and and went to Drama College to study Drama and music, performing on stage and screen came naturally to him. After a few years of appearing in theatre and on screen Mark auditioned as Elvis for a six month contract in Cyprus in 2005, quickly Marks show became one of the top selling shows resulting in him him performing 2-3 shows a night 6 nights a week for six months!
Mark spent a few years in Cyprus before more opportunities opened up back in the UK, upon moving back to the UK he quickly established himself with leading companies and agents.
Mark was invited to play the Young Elvis in the official BBC Tour of the ‘Worlds Greatest Elvis’ From there Mark established his own show and toured the UK and abroad he was crowned the Official NO 1 Elvis Tribute for the first time back in 2013 at the National Tribute Music Awards.
Over the past few years Mark has worked with many of Elvis’ original Band Members, Movie Co-Stars, Memphis Mafia and even the Presley Family. Working across Europe with Markus Henfling at events and theatres.
Mark is widely regarded around the world as a leading Elvis Tribute and one of the Top Selling International Acts, performing everywhere from Londons Prestigious West End, to appearing and performing in Memphis at Graceland.
More recently Mark has produced several shows and tours performing Worldwide From Singapore, the Caribbean, USA, India, Europe to name a few. Mark went on to named the UKs Official NO1 Elvis Tribute not once but three times again winning the National Tribute Music awards.
